Joseph Bosnich - Tour of Morocco and Andalucia

Hi Nicola. I'm home at long last after my wonderful adventure.
Nicola,I don't know how to thank you enough for what you did for me.My time in Andalucia and Morocco was probably the highlights of my life. All of your organisation in terms of accommodation, travel arrangements and information was absolutely impeccable and made my time there so much more enjoyable. In Morocco the driver/guide,Mustapha was superb and I couldn't have asked for someone better. He was superb and we got on extremely well.

When I get my head  above water I intend to get onto Trip Adviser and write  an absolutely glowing review about you at Lemon Valley.

I feel so indebted to you.

My fondest regards, best wishes and sincerest thanks

Daphne Passmore, Ireland

I took this tour with Lemon Valley in 2009 and simply had to come back and do it all again! The hotels chosen are excellent for both their amenities & locations. I love having all the bookings made for us, the hotels, trains, flamenco Alhambra & guided tours and yet at the same time being independent. Thank you for making the trip so memorable once again

Terms and conditions

Making a Booking:

After receiving an enquiry form we will check availability of the accommodation and any special requests and then email you with details of the holiday that you are interested in, with full details of what is included and what you will need to pay. At this point we can then hold the accommodation for you whilst you organise your flights etc. and confirm that you require the reservation.

Deposit and Balance Payment:

A small deposit is required per person to secure each reservation. The balance is then due 28 days before the start date of the holiday. In the case of bookings made within 28 days of departure, the full balance is payable when booking. For longer holidays covering more than two countries 20% of the total holiday cost is required. By making a deposit payment you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions of booking.

Payment Protection EC Package Travel Directive:

All monies paid to Lemon Valley Holidays are placed into a Protected Travel Account and held in accordance with the regulations which govern European Package Tour Operators. This ensures that your money is safe-guarded and not released to us until after you have completed your holiday.

How to Pay:

There are a number of ways that you can pay for your holiday:

By electronic bank transfer (BACS or wire transfer)

By Paypal - we will send you a payment request

By credit or debit card – we can accept MasterCard, Visa & Visa Debit

If you are making a bank transfer, the amount transferred needs to correspond with the amount for the holiday in euros.

Please check the amount with current exchange rates on the day of sending and make sure that you accept all
charges of sending and receiving (this is not applicable in the EU)

Bank Details:

Our company bank account is held with Barclays Bank

We also hold a merchant account for processing credit and debit cards.

Company Information:

Booking Confirmation:

Once we have received your deposit or full balance payment (if your holiday starts within 28 days) we shall confirm back to you with all the information that you need for your holiday including details of when you will be sent your arrival email and anything else that is included in your holiday, including reference numbers for entrance tickets that we have reserved for you.

A cancellation can only be made in writing or email by the person who paid the deposit and accepted the terms and conditions of booking.

The following charges apply for cancelled bookings:

If you cancel 28 days prior to departure loss of deposit

between 28 and 21 days - loss of 50% of total holiday

Where possible, if you unexpectedly need to cancel your holiday we always try and transfer as much of the holiday as possible to a later date. (This is solely at our discretion).

You may transfer your holiday to another person rather than cancel but an administration charge will apply. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover you against having to cancel your holiday and losing any money.

Cancellation by us:

In the unlikely event of us having to cancel your holiday, all money will be refunded. However, we cannot be held responsible for refunds if we have to cancel a holiday due to reasons beyond our control e.g. war, acts of terrorism, natural disasters etc. Again, we would try and transfer your holiday to a later date where possible.

Holiday Insurance:

We strongly recommend that you take out adequate holiday & medical insurance for your holiday. EU Residents should also carry a new European Health Card for emergency medical cover. (The old E111 is no longer valid) For skiing, mountain walking and 4x4 driving, you need to ensure that your insurance covers such activities and extreme sports.

Alterations by us:

We reserve the right to alter your holiday itinerary or accommodation for whatever reason and at any time. IN the unlikely event of this being necessary you will be offered alternative routes, visits or accommodation to the same value or above.

Alterations by you:

Once your holiday has been confirmed we do accept alternations but if these changes are made 28 days before the start of your holiday there will be a charge of 25.00 euros per change.

Once you are on your holiday if you want/need to change any arrangements or cancel any trips or hotels already confirmed then we will do the utmost to assist you with alternative arrangements, but please note that no refunds will be made for services and hotels not taken once you are on your holiday, and alternatives will need to be paid for by you, directly to the supplier involved.
